This substantial Edwardian house is situated in the Wandsworth Common Conservation area. A long-standing client of ours bought this unmodernised house in 2016 with an internal area of 2,600 sqm and through planning, we achieved 4,300sqft.
The client sold the house in 2021 and achieved a record price per sqft for the local area.
The architectural additions to the house included: Extensive two-storey rear and side extensions, a basement with front light well, new roof with dormer windows.
We collaborated closely with the client, an interior designer, to refine proportions and layouts, the result was an impeccably designed family home.
