This International Women’s Day 2026, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible women leading some of the world’s most iconic luxury brands. From visionary CEOs to creative founders, these women bring courage and craftsmanship to every corner of their businesses. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with several of these leaders to design and shape their retail environments, translating their brand stories into immersive physical spaces. Through thoughtful architecture, materials and spatial storytelling, each boutique becomes the essence of their brand.

 

Kristina Blahnik, Manolo Blahnik International

For over a decade, we’ve partnered with Kristina Blahnik, CEO of Manolo Blahnik, to shape retail environments that celebrate the brand’s craftsmanship and timeless elegance. From concept to completion, our collaborations have focused on creating refined store experiences that honour the heritage of the house while welcoming a new generation of customers into the world of Manolo Blahnik.

Each store is designed as more than a point of sale but a space where the heritage of Manolo Blahnik comes alive, celebrating the meticulous craftsmanship behind every pair of shoes. Our designs balance luxurious materials, refined detailing, and thoughtful layouts that highlight the product while creating a sense of theatre and anticipation for visitors.

Over the years, our projects with Kristina have evolved alongside the brand itself, incorporating bespoke furniture, curated lighting schemes, and architectural elements that reflect the house’s timeless aesthetic. From intimate boutique corners, such as Burlington Arcade, London, to landmark standalone stores in Miami and Milan, the spaces we’ve developed are tailored to convey the brand’s story, drawing customers into a world where design, artistry, and style intersect seamlessly. Through this partnership, we have been able to transform each retail environment into an immersive experience, where every detail reinforces the prestige and personality of Manolo Blahnik.

Mary Alice Malone, Malone Souliers

Our partnership with Mary Alice Malone, founder and creative director of Malone Souliers, brings her hands-on, craft-driven ethos to life through design. The retail environments we create emphasise intimacy, warmth, and storytelling, allowing customers to fully engage with the artistry and tradition behind each shoe. Custom displays, elegant lighting, and thoughtful layouts are designed to reflect the brand’s meticulous attention to detail, creating spaces that feel personal and immersive.

By translating Mary Alice’s philosophy into the physical environment, the stores become a canvas for exploration and appreciation of fine craftsmanship. Every element is chosen to reflect her values of authenticity, dedication, and feminine elegance forming a true embodiment of the Malone Souliers experience.

 

Alice Temperely, Temperley London

Our work with Alice Temperley, founder of Temperley London, reflects a shared belief in storytelling through design. Known for her romantic, intricately detailed collections and enduring independent spirit, Alice has built a brand that celebrates craftsmanship and escapism. Our collaborations capture the whimsical, romantic world that defines the brand. Each retail space is designed to tell a story, showcasing the intricate embroidery, beading, and craftsmanship of the collections while creating an atmosphere of escapism and delight. Textures, finishes, and lighting are carefully orchestrated to invite exploration and reflection, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the Temperley experience. Every design choice reflects her vision and passion, providing a space where femininity and craftsmanship coexist beautifully.
